   Tried using scummy techniques on me when I went in on 12/09/2025. A young female tried to tell me that the 20% off is only instore and not online so she could get a sale out of me. The 20% off is infact also online. Felt extremely pressured by her to buy extremely expensive shoes when all I wanted to do was try the shoes on to check my size with Dr Martens. Made me want to get out the store ASAP.

   I was in this store last week with a pair of faulty docs and was served by a lady named Samantha, who was an absolute star, was really understanding and incredibly helpful, I then had to go back in today and once again the team in there were brilliant, great customer service!

   Very strange shop, even stranger staff. Visited Christmas and was overwhelmed with the shoes all being mixed up. More staff than customers even though Bath was heaving with shoppers. Staff just stand around watching your every move but not helping you. Just a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. When i did approach a woman, I asked where is your men’s shoes? Only to be looked at like a dinosaur and was told “they’re all unisex!” There lads walked in and I could hear them say “it’s a bit weird in here” and walk out. Got home and went on line where Dr Martens web page clearly takes you to the. “Men’s”page for shoes. Very uncomfortable shop to walk in and browse.

   I had an issue with my newly purchased boots and the manager went above and beyond to help come to a solution, even though they were busy and close to closing. 10/10 customer service and all staff are lovely, thankyou so much.

   Visited the bath store today to get my first pair of docs for my birthday. I was greeted by Alex, who was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. She was super lovely and friendly and made my visit to the store very worth while. She was very knowledgeable and was able to help me find my perfect shoes. I will definitely be back for my second pair! Thankyou Alex!! Xx

   I visited the store on the 12th of October with my sister and was greeted by Katy; she was super helpful and very friendly. Although she had only been working there for a few weeks Katy was very knowledgeable and was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for. We ended up buying a pair of DMs each, couldn't be happier with them :)

   Absolutely amazing customer service! Was assisted straight away by the lovely Mason who was brilliant!! So lovely and helpful, with a huge smile on his face beginning to end! Made my experience and first ever Dr. Martens purchase absolutely worth it. Recommend this store and staff to anyone that's looking to get a great experience while shopping. :)

   Where better to shop for these iconic shoes than the home of its origin. Store is on the small side but offers plenty of choices for shoes and accessories, including vegan options. However, assistance is hit or miss and the process for getting items, paying for them and getting out the door can be chaotic.
