Route one is a wicked shop regardless, but the staff in bath are brilliant. Always really helpful and friendly. Just bought our first board and they couldn't have been more helpful, top marks, thanks again.
The amazing staff at Route One, Bath saved the day last week when we screeched through the door 5 mins from closing time and agreed to build a skateboard for my son. He is so happy with his board and we can't thank the team enough. Highly recommend this shop, we will make the journey back to Bath to see you soon!
100% reccomend for skaters of any level. The staff are lovely and so helpful, and there is a good amount of variety in the customization of your board. They put my board together for me for no extra cost, which was particularly helpful since I'm just starting out. The own-brand parts are good quality for the price too. Overall, it was a brilliant experience to visit this shop!
We had the worst experience. I was going to buy two promotional items, we was in the store for 40 minutes and no one came to help us. once arriving at the cashier the staff member said one item wasn’t part of the promotion even though there was a tag on them stating two for £70. I was told that it was their fault but they didn’t honour their mistake and sell me the items. Very disappointed.
I want to leave a review specifically for Guy at the Bath store. What a STAR! He spent an age tracking down the code for a gift voucher my son had lost. Given the time it took I fully expected him to just say it wasn’t possible. But he kept looking until it was located on the system (going back months). My son was able to get some clothes and I’m not out of pocket :) Really appreciated his efforts. All staff were lovely whilst we waited. Thanks!
Huge shop with an excellent variety of quality products for your skate life. Robbi helped me sort out and build my new deck, first one I've purchased in over 20 years.. It's a beauty. Cannot recommend this place more, great prices and really good service!
Knew roughly what I wanted but the staff were really friendly and helpful. Bought a complete board and got £10 off the helmet which was a nice surprise. Never too old to (re)learn to skate so get down there and enjoy!
