   This is another update on my two original updates I'm glad that it's closing good riddance. Adding people to the facial recognition database for no reason just because I entered one of their stores really 29/1/2025. is an update on my original post I found out the reason why they have been discriminating against me because they've added me to the facial recognition database because one of the sales assistant took a dislike into me for no reason at all just because. Gets better it's not just house of Frasier that has facial recognition software Sports Direct have it as well every time you enter one of their stores automatically added to the database regardless if you have done anything wrong or not and you will stay on there up to a year for no reason I can't prove it but I think they've also shared my image with other stores as well as wardens that Patrol my local city because I'm being harassed by them I shouldn't be on there I haven't done anything wrong. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life in this shop. The staff I encountered couldn’t have been less interested in helping me to resolve my issue like I have requested from them on numerous occasions about the service I've received from them and why they don't take my complaints seriously why they seem to think it's okay for them to judge me because I have a disability which I have pointed out to them and their responses to laugh at me. I presume they do know what their discriminations Act 2010 is. Ganging up on a customer because you have taken a disliking to them. Five managers gang up on one customer. ME that seems fair my issue still unresolved and I'm no further forward to finding out why they seem to think it's okay for them to treat me so badly why are they as an organization discriminating against me I've done nothing wrong. I'm quite happy to pursue this and see where this go if need be will get cab to help me write a letter of complaint which no doubt they were probably ignore because they don't seem to be bothered about me as a customer ?

   I am sad that the Bath store is closing. It has been a must to visit the store when in the city. I recently bought from the perfume counter as I wanted to purchase one last bottle before they end their history of trading in Bath. The service was friendly, but the transaction was not straightforward. However I am pleased that I made the final visit to the store.

   Visited the store again today my wife loves this shop and another purchase made this time from the perfume department.The customer service was second to none very professional and helpful and it sealed the purchase .The guy on the Guerlain counter was absolutely brilliant

We were unsure of what one to get and a very friendly and enthusiastic employee named Angus helped us pick one out. Making my grandmother very happy. He was so polite and patient with her, I cannot thank him enough.
