Jacob was awesome! I came in at the end of the day and he was so attentive and helpful; offering advice on Sketchers sizes. His colleague Holly was great, and both stayed beyond their shifts as I deliberated. Thank you for your top customer service.
Holly the Manager was excellent in helping me find two new pairs of shoes to help me support my back correctly after recently slipping a disc. Holly was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She noticed that the slip on trainers I was trying on were too big and explained in a kind manner why I should downsize (which I did by two sizes!). I'm really greatful for the excellent service I've recieved and can already feel after two days the increased support and cushioning on my back. Thank you!
I popped in the store with my partner who has size 2 feet. I was greeted by a young lady called Holly, who acknowledged us while passing and asked if she could help. She came back after what she was doing and I have to say she is a breath of fresh air. Polite friendly and more than happy to assist. The level of customer service Holly gave us was nothing but outstanding. Premium customer care and Bath Sketchers are very lucky to have this bright member of Staff. If you want any Sketchers go and ask for Holly.
I have visited the store in Bath many times as I wear mostly Skechers because I find them so comfortable. Each time I have found the management and staff very friendly, without being “pushy” and it’s always been a pleasant experience. Thank you all , I will be back in the autumn for some waterproof trainers.

What can I say, but fantastic food and atmosphere. We came here for the first time and didn't know what to expect, but the food was colourful, tasty, filling, more some. The staff were very friendly and we had space to enjoy ourselves.. if you haven't been, then go and try it, you won't be disappointed.

Ripping tourists off seems to be the story in this shop my wife who is a foreigner bought some sketchers for my daughter costing £36 assistant says sorry your payment was declined and asked to pay again which my wife did ,she wasn't offered the declined receipt, later when she got home she noticed she had been charged twice a few days later she went back to the shop with a certified bank statement showing she was charged twice secionds apart then told she would have to wait 2 weeks to go back to the shop , This is unacceptable someone is targeting tourists knowing most times they can't come back Be careful if you go to the Bath shop and if you are told your card was declined Make sure you get the declined receipt I'm pretty at the way they treated her and as of yet still not repaid her money I expect better than this from normally a great brand
Excellent customer services! I came into the branch yesterday as I had trouble with the sizing of a pair of Skechers that I bought a while ago. I spoke to the branch manager and she very kindly advised me on the type of shoes that may fit me better. She arranged an exchange for me which I was very pleased about and now I am super happy with my new Skechers. Very impressed!!
