   FANTASTIC!!!.... I'm not really one for leaving reviews but after my recent experience with Zucci, I feel almost obligated!! At just past 5.30pm yesterday evening (9/10/24), I knocked on the door of Zucci, Bath to see if they could answer a quick question with regards to an item that I was looking for. The reason I knocked was that the store had closed up for the day, but staff (I assume manager/owner and a colleague) were present tidying away the days activities. Now my desier to write this review is not based solely on the fact that the door was opened (with a smile), but my questions answered and a fantastic product was both offered and excepted (...may I add, at a very good price too!). In essence, service and experience that I received from Zucci last night is rare and should not be overlooked... 10/10!! Well done Zucci and thank you.

   Called into Zucci while visiting Bath, I needed a nice suit for my sons wedding. Myself & my partner received a warm welcome on our arrival at the shop, & I were then shown a range of suits, the gentleman who served us definitely knew his stuff, as he immediately sized me & gave me very good advice, without any hard sell. I did purchase a suit, shirt & tie, with which I’m extremely happy.

   After searching all of the suit shops in Bath, there are few! I was recommended Zucci, a refreshing atmosphere, range and by far the best customer service i received in any of the shops. I was served by Lee, who is absolutely fantastic and a true asset to the company. Had a look at a few different options and combinations. Settled on a blue two piece, pair of shoes, shirt and tie to match which i will be picking up on Thursday. I would recommend Zucci to anyone. Go there first to save yourself sometime in the array of other shops in Bath!
