Bought some items today. Was served by Will. Very friendly guy, great customer service - helped me find something that fit me and assisted me with colours (I’m colourblind). Atmosphere in the store is lovely and relaxed. Would definitely recommend popping in if you’re nearby.
Bought a nice shirt here in the sales. Particularly wanted to mention the very friendly and efficient staff here who are doing a wonderful job.
If I could give 0 stars, believe me, I would. I went here during a school trip, hoping to get something cool before my flight back home. Firs thing that the staff told me was that I could not enter the premises because there were 5 people inside already - no mention of a maximum amount of people allowed was inticated whatsoever. Most of the assistants were so rude towards us and also a little bit racist, since they repeatedly mentioned our nationality as a fact to invite us to leave. Do NOT come here, go to another store, there are plenty of them.
I went in earlier today and I had the best experience, a young man named Will was so kind and helpful, and showed me all I needed to see ( not too bad on the eyes aswell) I will definitely be back.
I am extremely disappointed with our recent experience at the Tommy Hilfiger store. My husband and son visited the store on a Saturday, and from the moment they walked in, they were made to feel uncomfortable. A staff member (possibly the manager) was watching them intently, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. What made matters worse was that this manager then left the store, went next door to JD Sports, and asked the security guard to keep an eye on my husband and son. My husband overheard everything they were saying, which only confirmed how blatantly judgmental and unprofessional their behaviour was. Feeling completely unwelcome, they decided to leave without making a purchase. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Customers should feel valued, not profiled. It’s no surprise that people prefer to shop online when in-store experiences like this are so negative. We will never be returning, and I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Worst shopping experience ever. Visited this store several months ago, and was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and vulnerable in the dressing room by assistant (male). The assistant acted totally inappropriately. I left the store shocked. The next day complained to the manager, who promptly made the assistant ring to apologise. Lovely clothes but best to shop on line. Still scared.
Have been visiting this shop for a couple of years now & always see & buy something when I visit bath.I stopped for a visit a few weeks ago & oh dear it was closed for a refurb,so dissapointed but visiting bath again end of September so fingers crossed it will be open also has the Hilfiger shop closed at the Clark's village as I couldn't find it
We were staying in Bath for one night visiting our son who is at uni. We visited this store and was greeted by a lovely young lady (Olivia), who made both myself and my wife feel very welcome. She offered us help and nothing was too much trouble. Not only was she personable, professional and a delight she made us want to spend money there. Perfect salesperson, she will go far! Will definitely go back when we next visit.
As always the customer service is excellent. Was looking for a coat/jeans I found both great sale on to. Staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful. I’m local so go in a fair bit and when ever there is new staff they always seem to be spot on.
