Absolutely stellar service. I was very nervous during my appointment as I have mental health issues and a chronic illness which can interfere with my dental hygiene, but Betul was extremely kind and encouraging, explained everything clearly, and set me at ease right away. It's the first time in a while I've come away from a dentist looking forward to my next appointment. Reception team were also lovely, informative, and really helpful! Cannot recommend this practice enough.

I've just had the best dental hygienist experience ever! Muhammed was absolutely brilliant. He was extremely pleasant and reassuring whilst being gentle and thorough throughout. He took the time to listen and understand my dental concerns and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

I came in for an emergency appointment with Betul Sitki last week as I was in severe pain. I called on the Monday and got an appointment for Wednesday. During the appointment, despite my describing which tooth was hurting, she initially could not determine which one it was. After testing several teeth, she identified the one behind it as the source of pain. She advised me to wait a few days to see if it subsided, mentioning that it might eventually need a root canal or extraction. She also mentioned a “painkiller treatment” that could help calm it down but wasn’t sure if it was necessary. I left feeling uncertain, as the pain was bad enough that I had already taken time off work. The receptionist was fantastic, she advised me to call back if the pain didn’t improve. The pain worsened overnight, so I called the next morning and was given another appointment. When I arrived, I was told that the dental nurse had noted that I’d refused treatment, which was not true and made me feel quite uncomfortable. In the follow-up appointment, I again mentioned that I believed the pain was coming from the front molar rather than the one behind. This time, Ms Sitki confirmed that was the case and proceeded with the “painkiller treatment.” However, I was not checked for numbness after the first injection and experienced significant pain during the procedure. Unfortunately, the pain returned less than a week later. I have since changed to Beech Tree Dental Surgery in Bristol, who were excellent. They took an X-ray and discovered that the previous root filling hadn’t gone down to the pulp, and they redid it properly while explaining each step. I’ve had previous appointments at this practice with Ms Sitki that were fine, but this experience was very distressing and left me feeling uncomfortable and poorly treated. I’ve never felt the need to leave a review before, but in this case, I felt it was important to share my experience.

Lovely practice which is clean, welcoming and great value for money. Super friendly team that helped my whole family with signing up as new patients and sorting out initial check ups. I would definitely recommend. There are very few dentists in Bath offering the services and the value you can get at this practice.

Under new management. Sadly Mr Watkins has retired, and kevin has left. The new Practice is keeping on the NHS patience. However if i was you i would avoid this Practice because they do not know how to fix teeth, and the dentist/hygienist upstairs is making patience bleed, everyone that go's upstairs comes down with a mouth full of blood! that's not good at all. And the main dentist downstairs can not tell the difference between crowns and teeth. If you call this Practice and no one answers it's because no one is sitting at the reception desk because they are all messing around downstairs the new Practice is not busy at all! after buying this Practice they lost over 98 % of the patience and have not got them back. Update after doing a bit of digging around and asking the NHS dentists and some private dentists i have found that dental care group do not have any UK dentists at all. The dentists who work for dental care have got there degrees from out side the UK! so they can not wright you a UK prescription because they are not dental doctors and should not touch your teeth at all because they are not trained in the UK that means they have not been trained at a British dental college.

We have used this dental practice for over twenty years. I have tried multiple times to call, leave a request for a callback etc and they all lead to an engaged tone. I have an issue with my is becoming problematic. Also, they asassumedly have all my dental records which private and I have not given permission for Dental Practice Bath to store. I am considerin escalating this situation to a relevant process as being unable to connect with the practice and storing my private information is uncomfortable.

I ’ve been going to Charlotte Street Dentalcare for a little over a year now, although I’ve found the staff there welcoming and professional it has changed hands three times in that time. I am halfway through a root canal and my last appointment was met with confusion by the new dentist. My appointment was moved again to this week and I’ve just received a voicemail saying the practice will now close for refurbishment for a few months and I have to go to Bradford-upon-Avon to continue my procedure. I’ve been in pain a lot lately and my appointments have been delayed many times as a result of the regular changes here.

Nice little private dentist practice. Friendly staff members. I spent £114 for a check up + small white filling, not too expensive for a private dental practice.
