Very good service has sorted my back problem out instantly and gave me good advice and support for the future , highly recommend.
I’ve had Physiotherapy and acupuncture with Tom Green. It has helped with my pain from a trapped nerve but we are still working towards a solution. Tom is very kind, patient and professional and very understanding of my complex problem.
I had 12 sessions with Rachel Storr at the end of 2020 for long term upper hamstring and rotator cuff shoulder issues. The sessions really made a difference and I would be pleased to recommend Rachel. The clinic was also very careful to ensure strict controls for COVID protection.
I have consulted Rachel Storr about a number of problems over several years. I am always impressed by her professionalism, her knowledge, her communication and her exceptional ability to logically and progressively investigate the source of a problem and to then apply various techniques to relieve and eradicate pain and discomfort. She then provides realistic rehabilitation exercise to avoid recurrence. I am massively disappointed that she is leaving, although I wish her only the very best, and I know that her new clients will enjoy the best physiotherapy.
Rachael Storr treated me for a very nasty trapped nerve in my neck earlier this year. I was unable to use my left arm and was in excruciating pain. I was unable to work, couldn’t sleep or drive and was struggling with the simplest personal care tasks. Rachael was nothing short of amazing and was quickly able to assess me and start appropriate treatment both hands on and exercises to do at home. I was able to significantly reduce my pain meds after two weeks and she had me pain free after 5 sessions. She is a lovely person and it was great being treated by her. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others!
I have seen Rachael Storr on and off for several years. I cannot begin to say how fantastic she is at getting to the root of the problem whether it’s my back or my legs or both. She recommended a great regime of rehab exercises which really help. The treatments have always been effective, and she always goes the extra mile. I've seen Rachael at the clinic both here and in Bath for a few years for a lower back problem and she's been brilliant. One of the only people ever to have truly helped me with my lower back problems. She really takes the time to understand your situation and work with you to find a solution that fits you and your lifestyle. Can't recommend highly enough.
