   I had major issues with my Nissen, I dropped it into Bristol & Bath, who were totally upfront with me and clearly and simply explained the action that was required. I was updated regularly, and Tammy kept me in the loop throughout the entire period. I picked up my vehicle, but an issue was found a couple of days later, I returned to establish and confirm if there was something amiss! There was a gasket that had failed, but give the boss and the guys their due, they immediately identified the fault, and in no way did they attempted to dodge the rectifying of the fault, and all was sorted within 48 hours. It was great to see that there is is still professional and honest companies out there, so personally I highly recommend Bristol & Bath, and intend to use them for all my vehicle needs, 5 Star.

   tldr; Absolutely Brilliant. Great service, high quality work and totally fair and honest. My wife and I have used these guys for services and MOT's for several years and have recommended them to friends - they are great. I don't normally go in for submitting reviews but my experience today just highlighted how good they are so felt I should contribute. My car failed it's MOT today on an issue that will cost a lot to put right, but rather than just booking it in they recommended that I approach the manufacturer as they've seen other examples of this issue recently. I've contacted the main dealer and now I'm booked in for an assessment to see whether it will get fixed for free (or subsidised). If it turns out that I will still need to pay full whack to get the repair done then I will of course bring the business back to Bristol and Bath Car Services but if not then they have sacrificed a significant sum of money by going above and beyond in their customer service. Experience already told me that they deliver the highest standards of work, but the honesty, integrity and care for their customer they showed today should be an example to any business.

   Great Customer Service! Booked my car into get a Service and they called me to say they would recommend getting a Levels Check as it’s only gone 4,000 miles in 12 months. So saved me around £120 on something I didn’t really need. Fair play to them, most garages wouldn’t do that. ☺️
