   I came in to get my iphone xr battery changed today and it was all sorted within 40 minutes(only cost £39) the guy running the store is an absolute legend he also noticed my charging port wasnt charging properly. Highly recommend this place

   Well I have to say these guys are the biz! I was recommended by CEX so already they had backing. Initially i brought my msi in but I had burnt it out fully with video editing. I ended up buying a second hand laptop from them a Dell but it wasn't quite right and it was a bit sticky under the keys they replaced the keyboard basically it was a long story with lots of chapters and took about 4 months to get sorted but the people in this store really dedicated and reliable and I got a good price along the way. Thank you keep doing what ur doing! Need to work on their jokes ;) but enough to make you smile 100% bless

   FANTASTIC and very professional service at Westgate repair, I highly recommend. In the past I have taken phones with cracked screens which have been sorted quickly. All Good. This time I took my HP laptop to replace the damaged touch screen - not a problem, all fixed. So I decided to ask about my MacBook Air which after hours with Apple consultants had been diagnosed as 'vintage' and unfixable. Although this MacBook would no longer even power on, Westgate Repair said 'no dramas we can fix that. Not a problem'. TBH I was a bit dubious, seemed too good to be true.But hey presto I am now writing this review from my smooth running 'vintage' Mac, installed with the latest software and running perfectly. I know the guys at Westgate went above and beyond trouble shooting and finding the cause of the issues but they 100% go against the tide of Apple's appalling and dishonest 'throw away' culture. So a BIG thank you to Westgate Repairs and I am spreading the word that MacBooks etc despite what Apple will tell you, CAN be fixed.

   BEST PLACE EVER! The person was so friendly and as we were quoted 50£ at ICRACK around the corner, they person here first cleaned to charging hole of our iPhone and worked. He did it without charge on the spot! Make sure to support this amazing and genuine business!

   Extremely expensive shop. £369 for a screen replacement and a clean up after phone water damage. First, they charged me £220 for a screen you can buy online for around £180 (an original part, as I pointed out and they recognised) and then the replacement and clean up took them an hour as they explained to me. That means they charged me £189 for an hour job! The reason, they said when I enquire how can they charge so much, is that they have 20 years experience... a bit excessive. I'd ask for quotes somewhere else before taking my phone to this shop. Repair was good tho.
