   They've been maintaining my Skoda Octavia for over five years and have always been friendly, efficient and effective. I was particularly pleased when recently some work had to be undertaken which came in significantly cheaper than the quote. This speaks to their professionalism in only doing what was actually needed when dashboard was opened up.

   Very bad experience. My car was there twice for more than 2 weeks. First they said it needs clutch replacement Which they charged me £1300 for. They said it takes 6-7 hours to be replaced but they called in 2 hours to say the car was done ( they just wanted to charge me a lot for labour ) i picked up the car from the garage and only 2 minutes of driving showed me that the car hasn’t been fixed. Went back there and they said to leave the car. Then they called me and said that it’s not the clutch it’s some type of sensor that’s making problems. Then they said its the gear box. So if you don’t know what the problem is why you charging £1300. Even after i left the car there the second time they still didn’t fix it. I had to send email and claim my money back because they didn’t do their job. The young man on the reception is very rude. No matter what you need done they will charge you at least £1000. Went to another garage and they fixed my car in 2 days.

   Terrible experience!! A friend recommended the garage. I got the appointment within two weeks, as my mechanic can only get me in a month. I left my car and received a phone call an hour later stating that I needed to replace the clutch and flywheel. The cost of this will be a fortune! And they can't do it anyway, and we need to rebook the appointment for another two weeks. Paid 100£ for their time. The young man at the reception told me that if I could find someone to do my clutch for less than £1,000, to give him a call, laughing at me (a bit rude). My usual mechanic replaced my clutch, telling me I didn't have a flywheel. I paid much less than £1000 and saved £ 1000 on what they were initially asking for. What a rip-off!!!!!
