Had my car MOT'd here today. First time I have used this company. The test was done close to the agreed appointment time. I did some errands in town and my car was ready about when I expected. Both gents were agreeable to deal with. I will be happy to return for my next MOT or with any job that I cannot handle myself.
Brought my Car for an MOT. After it failed - the garage didn't have a quote for the works. I followed up a couple of times (on different days) and every time I was told they will call me back with a quote for the works. Needless to say, I never got a quote, or even some understanding of why they (clearly) didn't want to do the work - so had to take my car to a different place and redo the whole thing.
I needed an MOT asap and they were very accommodating fitting me in on the day I called. All sorted very quickly for a reasonable price and excellent customer experience- would definitely recommend!
My car has had an annoying knocking for well over a year. One quick trip to Bath Auto Services and it was all sorted and at a very fair price. These guys are proper mechanics who know how to diagnose problems. Would definitely recommend this garage if your looking for somewhere to take your car that you can trust to do a good job.
