   This was our first time contacting Hancocks. It was late in the afternoon, and we called Peter with an urgent matter of a work laptop charging issue related to the hardware's charging pins. We visited the shop next morning, where Peter was professional, fast and super efficient and discussed the matter in detail. We got the laptop back the following day in full working condition, reasonably priced. Excellent service altogether!

   In a world of 'replace' not 'repair', it's great to see a business still offering repair services at an exceptional standard. I have a 10 year old Samsung HDTV that was stuck in standby mode and wouldn't turn on. Hancocks repaired it in two days and at a fraction of the price of a new TV. The service, technical knowledge and efficiency was superb. I could not recommend them enough!

   Our TV suddenly stopped turning on a month ago and Pete was one of the two repair companies in Bath that I contacted for an enquiry and only he responded back which is why we chose his services. Not only did he make the initial assessment through email quite quick and easy, he was also clear with the plans and costs of the repair throughout the entire process which leaves you feeling confident that everything is being looked at and he also updates you of every step of the way either through a phone call or an email. Our repair took a while due to some delays with getting the parts of the tv but it was understandable and we weren't really in a rush to get it back and we were more concerned if it will come back working which it did and Pete did a wonderful job from start to finish. Overall, we are happy with their services and would recommend them to our friends and anyone who needs their services.
