   Money grabbers! Tried to charge me £135 for what was basically a diagnosis on needing to change 4 glow plugs! And to get those 4 glow plugs done at my usual garage it’s £85! Just shows how extortionate these people are!

   I showed them my car statement provided by the MOT test center that showed the reason for not passing the mot, they said they could fix the defects but they only charged me for the diagnosis and said they couldn't fix it. I wonder why they didn't tell me to look for a mechanic instead of an electrician. I paid £50 just for them to tell me to go to a mechanic We can not fix it.That was a easy profit. Did not go back there.

   Big thanks to Dave and team. Was driving in Yate area near to Halls Electrical when my called in my Mercedes developed electrical fault resulting in not having any brake/indicator/ reverse/fog/side light with rear ooside light cluster. As I was so close by called in on the off chance they could do something. Despite beng extremely busy had great technician have a look at problem and fixed it. Kept me on the road, didnt need recovery as too dangerous to carry onward journey and didnt rip me off like MB main dealer would likely have done. Exceptional service, massive thanks and recommend.
