   Asked these guys to fix an electric hob for me, which they said they could do and would call back. They never called back so I phoned again to follow up. Again told me they could do it and would call me back, and again they never called back. Phoned them a third time and this time they told me, pretty dismissively, that they couldn't do it (without offering any kind of explanation or apology). Three days wasted. Maybe they're OK if and when they actually show up but their customer service sucks and I certainly wouldn't approach them for anything time-critical.

   Went there today to get my straighteners fixed. Always used this place and recommended to others. Rang up on Monday and was told they were quiet so could pop my item in anytime. So I brought my straighteners in today and a different bloke started by being snotty over the fact his colleague stated they were quiet. Then was very rude and condescending that I had dared to look at Google for an idea as to what the fault is. No I wasn't telling you how to do your job! That's why I was there to spend money on a repair, which will now go to another business. Manners cost nothing. And people won't spend money at a business where they speak to you like something they've trodden in. When I told him the other man was a damn sight more helpful I was told 'maybe you should have got him to fix it then'! No, maybe you should sort your customer service skills out or there will be no business left.
