   I was travelling to Bath to pick my son up from University. I needed two tyres replacing before travelling home. The staff were amazing. They ordered tyres in the morning and arranged fitting mid afternoon. They were fast, efficient and were a very friendly, helpful team. Highly recommend!

   I thoroughly recommend Bathwick tyres because from start to finish I received excellent service from them when I recently found myself with a completely flat tyre. As well as being professional and EXTREMELY cheerful and friendly ( cheering up an otherwise miserable Tuesday morning) they were also very good value for money. I felt comfortable and safe and very happy with their service.

   Popped in on spec to ask them to work out why tyre deflates slowly over a period of weeks. It was busy with several folks waiting for work to finish on their cars. Took 10 minutes for them to put the car in a bay, diagnose the fault (faulty valve) and replace/ fix it. The alone is five star service but then they said... "No charge" ! Absolutely outstanding service and not the first time.

   Raul was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure I understood exactly what was going on with my car. He broke everything down in simple terms, was super patient with all my questions, and made the whole process completely stress-free.    This place can rescue you in your hour of need. The manager, Samuel is truly dedicated to ensuring you get what you need. He has technical expertise and he cares. He will make it right if its possible. It is a busy place and I didn't get the help i needed initially, hence dropped one star....however after 2 hours of being there I did! The repairs required also took a week, however, it was not a run-of-the-mill job for them. So all good. Many of the mechanics are hard working and also care. They do well flitting between several demands at once. All in all, I will continue to put my faith here, and if you don't get what you need, talk to Samuel!

   You always get good service and competitive prices here for tyres. Today, I took my Mercedes A-Class in for a new stop/start battery. They had ordered one in for me, rang to say it had arrived and I drove in and they fitted it while I waited. They also charged me £287 less than Mercedes Bath would have done. Highly recommend them.

   Would like to give a huge shout out to the incredible Bath team. My other half and I were on a long journey from Northamptonshire on Saturday (1st Oct) when the TPMS light came on so we had to stop somewhere quickly to try and get on our way again. We stopped off at Bathwick Tyres and the Service Advisor/Manager (I’m gutted we didn’t get his name!!) got us seen to very quickly and came outside with us to find a bay not in use and asked one of the friendly techs to have a look at our car. When we first parked up at Bathwick we noticed a nail sticking out the NSR tyre but luckily it was repairable. The job was turned around very quickly and we were so impressed. Having come from working in a garage myself, I know the pressures of the job and a bit of respect and appreciation goes a long way. The chap who helped us had a sense of humour (important) & was very helpful and it was easy to build a rapport with him as a customer. We promised that we would leave you guys a review, so I hope this has put a smile on your faces because you are all literally brilliant! All the best guys. We are here to support you with the upkeep of your vehicle; to maintain its roadworthiness and legal paperwork (MOT). As part of our business as usual we continue with our cleaning and safety protocols. Our staff will be wearing face coverings in reception areas and we recommend you do so too.
