   An absolute shambles. Disgusting service, rude staff and does not honour agreements. My MOT failed, which was no problem, but when after fixing the car I requested a retest, they refused to honour this despite it being within the 10 working days claiming they had no staff and then cheekily offered me to pay for a new MOT that they could book more than 3 months later. When I spoke to a senior manager about this issue, he simply hung up on me and when I tried to call back, he just sent my call to voicemail. Whilst I was there, I witnessed a lady that had called in advance to ask if her car was ready, which they confirmed, only for her to walk almost an hour across town to be told that it was not ready and that she had to come back several days later. In the waiting room they had intentionally covered the CCTV screen showing the MOT test stands, so that it was not possible to view what was going on. Save yourself some grief by avoiding this dodgy busy and go to another MOT centre.

   I had a really difficult MOT situation weighing up whether to fix or scrap an old car. This was further compounded by breaking down in between the original test and the retest, revealing a new problem. Somehow, Halfords (Bath) dug me out of a very stressful and complicated situation, fixed my car beautifully, and got it through the test for a fraction of the price I had previously feared it would be. I can't thank and praise them highly enough, not just for their professional expertise, but for their kindness, patience, and genuine efforts to provide the best possible solutions and services. VERY highly recommended, and in me they now have a customer for life. Thanks Ian—who I believe is the assistant manager, and also thanks to the manager who helped me fit my wiper blades the day before the MOT.

   On a long journey I called in, as I was having car problem with warning light for low exhaust fluid. The staff were very accommodating and saw to my issue straight away. They were very polite, helpful and very efficient. Great service and I would highly recommend. Many thanks.

   Used simply as a click-and-collect point. Halfords Track-Your-Parcel didn't seem to work properly, but this location called me directly to say item had arrived. Good reception area and staff not intimidating like some garages.

   The team was very prompt on helping when I pop into the garage without an appointment. After realising what was causing the problem they explained to me the options and consequences. An alternator was ordered and changed the day after. I have been using Halfords Bath auto centre few times and I’ve never been disappointed. The gays working there are all very helpful, kind and professional.
