I understand when someone is working on a Saturday morning, they don't necessarily feel like working that much. I also understand that you might want to chat with your colleagues. I worked in retail I know how it is but I'm very unhappy with the customer service this morning at this petrol station. I am giving 1 start because when I entered the shop all of the ladies working pretended that they didn't see me. Then as I approached the cashier she didn't say " Hello" and she didn't say "Thank you" or " Have a good day" She just ignored me like I wasn't there until I said " Is it all done? " and that is when she decided that she should look at me.

The petrol pumps are very high tech and easy to use. Good well laid out forecourt and the kiosk also well proportioned Very friendly staff, the day of my visit

Good petrol station. Air and water now not free anymore. 30p for air good enough. Car wash is fine for a quicker wash, but it’s usually closed. Should be announced somewhere when it’s down. Little shop with Costa coffees to go.

Self service car wash was a nightmare. After long 1 hour wait, the carwash stopped working for the car in front of us which took another 10 min. As this was unattended car wash, the person decided to go to the kiosk to get help (safety risk). Eventually after a bit of manual override, the car wash was back up and running. Since there was only single lane, there was no turning back. The tariff signboard could be larger. We selected Premium wash for £5 which was okay. But will not be going back anytime soon.

Consistently the cheapest place to buy petrol in Bath. Pretty much what you'd expect from a petrol station. Standard service with free air and water and a paid-for automated car wash that you can use after purchasing a token. ATM available to the left of the main door. No branded coffee outlet or dispenser here, but the usual confectionery and sandwiches etc.
