   Excellent service!! I took my MINI for an MOT at MINI. They told me I needed a brand new tyre due to a nail. They also told me I “desperately” needed a wheel alignment service. Kwik Fit Bath Road Bristol fit me in with just 10 mins notice. The nail never affected the air pressure. It didn’t puncture the tyre. No fix needed and definitely no new tyre needed! They also performed a wheel alignment test, it came back perfect. I didn’t have to pay a penny. Mini quoted me £240 for work that wasn’t needed!! Staff here are amazing. They gave me constant updates whilst I was waiting. Very friendly too. I felt guilty leaving without having to pay anything! Service is second to none. The staff are assets to this company! I’d definitely recommend. They’re knowledgable, they know what they’re taking about, very friendly and jokey too.

   Declan was very thorough during our pre purchase inspection. We wanted subframe corrosion to be looked at, but Declan went the extra mile, checking everything he could think to check and gave us a mini report to go back to the seller with. Excellent customer service and clearly very knowledgeable.

   Helpful staff found the problem in my headlight and fitted a new bulb in less than 5 minutes. I had booked an appointment as they are always busy but I was early and they took care of me straight away. I always use this branch as it’s local and the staff are always friendly.

   I cannot fault the service given by this branch, especially, Tom (and Ben). As a Motability customer I have used this branch for replacing my tyres when needed as it is close to work. I have always found the staff to be efficient, competent and friendly, but Tom is my knight in shining armour. I lost the keys to the D lock I have to use for security when leaving my wheelchair in the office. The maintenance guys in my office were unable to remove the lock using bolt cutters. I was at a complete loss, then in a rare lightbulb moment I thought to give Kwik Fit a call. Tom said if I was able to bring the chair in he would take a look at it. He removed the chair from the boot of my car and managed to safely cut the lock off using an acetylene torch. Thank you so much Tom and Kwik Fit. Excellent customer service, above and beyond and very appreciated :)
