“Top class service. Honest, genuine and friendly. I’ve taken several cars here for new tyres and always had a good experience. I recently got my wheels refurbished - the problem now is that the wheels look so good the car now needs a new paint job to keep up! The owner is fantastic - a lady who can’t do enough for you and is a genuine petrol head so knows her stuff and who clearly cares about her business and her customers. The staff are also all great - their quality of work is top notch and they seem like a genuinely nice bunch of people. Most importantly they’re trustworthy; I took my car there recently to have a tyre looked at and they could have probably told me I needed a new one but gave me an honest opinion that it wasn’t necessary. Can’t recommend T&S enough.”

“If you have a Volvo, there is no other place to go. Tony is sensible and affordable. He loves cars and gives sensible advice . I had an issue with my driveshaft bearing that kept causing a noise. Most mechanics convinced me I'm just gaslighting myself and it's normal, whereas tony and team was able to identify the problem on my first visit. They will definitely be getting my business as long as I'm having a Volvo!”

“What can I say,after being let down by Servicing Stop the day before my car being picked up for a service and MOT,I went online and these guys came up with availability, unfortunately when I booked and confirmed,I got a call from them saying they were fully booked for the following day but then said,give me 5 minutes and I'll call you back,a couple of minutes later I got the call and was very happy,they squeezed me in for service and MOT,top blokes and very hospitable,was shown the waiting area and offered a coffee,in fact had 2,car failed on a minor so Lucas got on phone to suppliers who had what they needed for car,so whilst service was being done the part turned up,Lucas showed me the part replaced through deterioration, service done,part fitted,back through MOT,PASS,I can't thank or RECOMMEND these guys enough.Thank you Team Car Aid,have already recommended you to friends and family.”

“Excellent service throughout. My Audi A3 had an EPC light and Emissions light on the dash and after a test in another garage the fault was "Turbocharger/Compression". I phoned Audi Volks Services and they had no availability for 2 weeks, but said I could leave my car there and they would see if they could fit me in. They fixed the car on day 1 and explained the issue was just a stuck mechanical part which they free'd up with WD-40. I went to pay and they told me the fix was simple, taking around 30 minutes and free of charge. I cannot fault them and will definitely be back if I have any issues and for a service.”

“I am going to T.R Auto since moving to the area. I just went to do a major service on my car as I know they are great but also because the price was almost half the price from the dealership and using the BMW OEM parts. Picked up the car last night and I was blown away by the difference, the car feels more stable and more in control and they take initiative to change brake fluid so I didnt have to come back in 2 months which I really appreciate. Also provided me with all the details added to the onboard computer of the car confirming parts and service done. Amazing customer service, great job on the car, great advice on parts to add with a genuine approach and not trying to rip you off like dealerships do. Couldn't recommend them enough.
