   Just had a service and diagnostics on my VW Polo, so happy with the service I have received! The team are all very friendly and managed to squeeze me in on short notice, great communication keeping me informed on progress throughout the day and also took the time to explain all the parts / their uses / what was broken or failing and why etc. Also very fair price for parts and labour, will be using them again for any future repairs and services on my VW :)

   Excellent service throughout. My Audi A3 had an EPC light and Emissions light on the dash and after a test in another garage the fault was "Turbocharger/Compression". I phoned Audi Volks Services and they had no availability for 2 weeks, but said I could leave my car there and they would see if they could fit me in. They fixed the car on day 1 and explained the issue was just a stuck mechanical part which they free'd up with WD-40. I went to pay and they told me the fix was simple, taking around 30 minutes and free of charge. I cannot fault them and will definitely be back if I have any issues and for a service.

   Very good traditional car servicing vw and other cars even reasonable pricing labour £60 hour oil change £89 compare that with main vauxhall dealer quote £189!!!!

   We have been using this garage for about 20 years now. We have had several different makes of car (Audi, Ford, Honda, Vauxhall) and all were dealt with competently.. Friendly, reasonably priced and trustworthy. We lived in Spain for 5 years but still came back for MOT and service!
