“tldr; Absolutely Brilliant. Great service, high quality work and totally fair and honest. My wife and I have used these guys for services and MOT's for several years and have recommended them to friends - they are great. I don't normally go in for submitting reviews but my experience today just highlighted how good they are so felt I should contribute. My car failed it's MOT today on an issue that will cost a lot to put right, but rather than just booking it in they recommended that I approach the manufacturer as they've seen other examples of this issue recently. I've contacted the main dealer and now I'm booked in for an assessment to see whether it will get fixed for free (or subsidised). If it turns out that I will still need to pay full whack to get the repair done then I will of course bring the business back to Bristol and Bath Car Services but if not then they have sacrificed a significant sum of money by going above and beyond in their customer service. Experience already told me that they deliver the highest standards of work, but the honesty, integrity and care for their customer they showed today should be an example to any business.”

“Excellent service throughout. My Audi A3 had an EPC light and Emissions light on the dash and after a test in another garage the fault was "Turbocharger/Compression". I phoned Audi Volks Services and they had no availability for 2 weeks, but said I could leave my car there and they would see if they could fit me in. They fixed the car on day 1 and explained the issue was just a stuck mechanical part which they free'd up with WD-40. I went to pay and they told me the fix was simple, taking around 30 minutes and free of charge. I cannot fault them and will definitely be back if I have any issues and for a service.”

My car was brought in by the RAC around 11ish on the Friday, I was told they probably wouldn't have time to look at it until the Tuesday however by 12.30 that very same day the garage had already called me to offered a few options/ quotes for my fuel pump repair. By 10.30am Monday they had called me to say that my car was ready despite having to order in the part. Amazing!”
