Contacted Rough Trax for some out of stock parts and got a speedy reply, the parts landed and I got a speedy message and when I bought them I got speedy delivery. The parts are, as always, spot on and keenly priced. Cannot ask any more of a supplier, 5 stars all the way, every time.
I have been a customer over 4 years and today after how my issue was dealt with I no longer feel like a valued customer, I brought a premium exhaust system as advertised 2 years and 6 months ago. there guarantee was for two years but would expect this to last years but that's not the case, this has failed and rusted from the inside out. this exhaust has only covered 20,000 miles if that, I called thinking how great there service has been this would be put right but how wrong I was, there was no offer of a resolution , I asked if they could contact the manufacture for there opinion and advice but this was sarcastically declined and the call handler said 'what would I like a lifetime warranty' and I responded 'no just a product that would last longer than two years' as advertised as a premium exhaust system neither the exhaust system or their service is premium ,barely basic after today's interaction. I think if you want oil or a filter you can't go wrong but anything that should last longer than this exhaust system and you should find an alternative supplier. this has failed due to a manufacturers fault/issue and therefore not fit for purpose. Trading standards have been contacted for their advice going forward with this complaint. Also the manufacturing company will also be made aware of this inferior exhaust system. To help ROUGHTRAX 4X4 of BRISTOL with there terminology of premium here the definition - very high (and higher than usual); of high quality premium prices/products. so if you have a TOYOTA / HILUX that requires PARTS for the exhaust system don't purchase from here, your receipt will last longer than the product. WARNING ! see other reviews on this matter ! they're selling these knowing others have had the same issue and complaint yet don't want to help or put right !! looks like the other person had the same problem and same incompetent responce from Roughtrax. very disapointed

These people have a great selection of toyota hilux and landcruiser spares and a lot are geniune parts, I have bought a lot of spares in the past but due to briexit and the extra duty I am more conscious of the added cost.
I needed a couple of B.F.Goodrich tyres for my Hilux quite urgently and called Roughtrax at 4.10 in the afternoon to confirm they were in stock. Paid online immediately and they were delivered to me in Norfolk at 11.00 the next morning! And only two days before Christmas! Incredible service as always. I’ve used Roughtrax for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Would highly recommend.
