I guess it is what it is. Went in for a free winter check. There was warnings for tyres and battery which was fair enough but the only option was £500, certainly not cheap. I had a bulb that wasnt working, not sure they attempted to fix as they said it would need the bumper removed. Nonsense, another garage fixed it in a minute
It was easy to book, the team clearly knew what was required for an EV MOT, drop-off was easy and guidance about collection time was clear. The car was ready when I arrived for collection and the team were helpful in assisting me to get the car out of the tight parking spot it was in. All in all, a very positive experience again for an MOT at Kwik Fit
Always consistent - consistently bad that is!! Do not bother trying to go here if you have a hire vehicle they are not interested in that type of work. I have also never known a garage not have a mechanic who can do services this often, either their staff retention is actually that poor or they only book in the jobs they fancy doing! I now only go here for a good laugh! Try Miles & Davies down the road for servicing and Bathwick Tyres in Brislington for tyre issues
In quickfit keynsham!!!! I was told my tyre with a nail in couldn't be mended and I would have to pay £119 odd for a new tyre. Went up the road got it plugged and u can buy 2 tyres at the other garage for £150. Quick fit lie I won't be back.
Kevin did an oil change for me today, it was just what I expect from a garage. Kevin explained how long the work would take, and resolved the oil warning light on the dashboard. They are also more reasonably priced compared to competitors, thanks Kwik Fit Keynsham and Kevin!
We booked an oil change but when we turned up, we were told that they had no oil and that our van wouldn't fit on the ramp (despite specifying the van type when booking). They seemed unaware of our booking and weren't in the slightest bit apologetic. A very disappointing experience indeed.
I feel I was “oversold” headlamp adjustment for my MOT. Was called to say they needed adjusting to pass the mot and was it ok to do it. The call broke up and I ran back (2min) only to find it had been done and all paperwork was completed. They didn’t need doing but made £30 no doubt commission based or sales target was low for that day.
I don’t often leave reviews but I have been really impressed by the team at Kwikfit Keynsham several times now. Great service, very knowledgeable, great find. Thanks very much!!!
Very disappointing visit. l had an emergency situation my tyres had been cut. The guys at Kwik Fit disinterested and l will never go back there. They told me to go to Pro Tyres a mile away WOW what a difference. Mark and Justin got into gear and had me on my way in under 35 to 40 minutes. Caring, attentive, told me not to worry and all was done and dusted. lf there is a way of conveying my thanks to them, l would be so grateful. Good service is not rewarded these days. l begrudge ising Kwik Fit this is the second time have had a horrid experience with them.
No nonsense service. I gave them what I wanted and the team found what was needed told me time to bring van down and when to pick up. Was all completed on time and no issues. Team very helpful and friendly.
