   Not good, do not use. Took car here a few months ago due to overheating issues. Immediate issues seemed to be fixed but the very next time we drove the car,a radiator pipe they had not correctly reattached fell off causing overheating and nearly £2000 worth of damage. Garage took no responsibility and didn't ever consider compensating for the £300 initial fix. As part of the fix they supposedly replaced the thermostat, but the AA recovery man found the replacement was a dud. Add to all this, they have a sign claiming they are RAC accredited. Definitely not the case when we used the garage, so seem to be lying as well as dangerously failing to fix cars thoroughly.

   My car was taken to this garage by RAC breakdown. Limited vague communication. Over 2 weeks to come to a decision that it needed to go to a vw specialist garage and couldn't be fixed. Whilst trying to fix the issue k and c garage fitted a new battery to the car, without calling me to confirm this work would be taking place. VW specialist garage have informed me that the battery installed by k and c garage was not genuine and has caused the stop start function of the car engine not to work, adding another fault to the original problems wrong with the car. I have been quoted £300 to fix the above mistake plus the money I paid K and C garage to fit the battery. Why is RAC sending people to this unreliable garage. AVOID

   Absolute idiots! Car was taken in by RAC they told me it needed engine rebuild!!! Had vehicle transferred to a specialist near where I live was a solenoid valve! K&C did not put my engine undertray on and when questioned they said they had disposed of it!!!! they said would order and get one delivered to the garage where my car was after 3 weeks of chasing and writing to them no response and it cost me a further £180.57 to get sorted! DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLL!

   Excellent service today. I thought my front windscreen washer pump had packed up, but it was just a fuse replacement needed and there was no charge. Have used K&C several times for much bigger jobs and have always been more than satisfied.

   Very professional, friendly and super fast service. My car was brought in by the RAC around 11ish on the Friday, I was told they probably wouldn't have time to look at it until the Tuesday however by 12.30 that very same day the garage had already called me to offered a few options/ quotes for my fuel pump repair. By 10.30am Monday they had called me to say that my car was ready despite having to order in the part. Amazing!

   Ignition barrel, dropped off by the RAC, a Day later no phone call to let me know what was going on, on the second day, I had a phonecall to tell me the work had been carried out and I owe £480! Straight away they could tell I wasn’t happy, they called me back after 5 mins and said they could take £140 off my bill, they charged £140 for the part and told me it was £290 call out fee to get the part delivered plus vat. When I disputed it the receptionist lied and said it was so expensive because “the locksmith is professional and he very thorough, when actually the Asian mechanic told he was the one who Fitted the part as he told me it was his “first time fitting one of these”.RAC will be contacted

   DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE THEY DISSOLVED LIMITED COMPANY SO NO LONGER ON RAC WARRANTY LIST HOW CANT HAVE COMPANY INSURANCES WITHOUT BEING A LIMITED COMPANY DROPPED A BOLT IN MY ENGINE WHILE REPLACING A ENGINE PART CAUSING £6000 DAMAGE WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE ITS NOT WORTH THE RISK THEY KEPT GETTING THINGS WRONG NOT ATTACHING PARTS PROPERLY CAUSING LEAKS WONT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR DAMAGE EITHER

   Unfortunately our experience has been very poor. Incrediably similar to earlier review in relation to communication, duration (over 10 weeks) and inability to repair. Car was not fixed, taken to another garage and we have been charged 1,000's which we paid in good faith. We've been left feeling very poorly treated and significantly out of pocket. We are discussing this with the RAC and will be pursuing to understand what has gone on.

   AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID They had my car for 4 months and after charging me lots of money for parts it didn't need. They gave the car to another garage who fixed the car within a few days. It turns out every part that K and C garage replaced hadn't been fitted/ soldered properly, the wiring was done incorrectly and the guy doing it obviously had no clue. K and C garage will just give you false promises and Jess the receptionist will say she'll ring you back but actually won't. Over the course of K and C having my car for four months, not once did she ring me back when she said she would. Absolute con artists. Avoid this place at all costs, you'll be doing yourself a favour.
