   Very disappointed with them. Booked in car for MOT. Collected it only to be presented with a huge bill for £382!! Service done when i didn't ask for it. Told it had been a misunderstanding/miscommunication. A minute later they came up with the excuse the engine oil needed to be changed due to failing low emissions, when i had the car serviced myself only 2 months ago! This contradicts the excuse of a 'misunderstanding'! Given a long bill with lots of items listed but no cost breakdown. Very sceptical. Charged for services not needed which had no bearing on MOT. No call received to let me know work needed and cost. Agreed a price of £300 in the end.
