I was recommended this garage by a friend. They were kind, honest and genuine - a proper family business in a way that I haven't seen for a while. When additional issue came up. Mole stayed in late so I could come in to see and understand the issues properly, and helped me make a decision about the best way forward. And even though an extra issue was spotted at the last moment, everyone went out of their way to get things fixed, didn't charge me for the extra labour - and got me back on the road in time for an important trip. Grace kept me up to date and was always calm, patent and kind. I'll definitely be using them again and would 100% recommend : ) Thanks Mike and Grace!
Why would you take your car anywhere else? This family garage is the best ever! MOT was completed in record time and price. Had suspension issues this time around so I knew just where I wanted to take my car - Panalex. They took a few hours and car was fixed! I was so shocked with the invoice amount, was less than I thought, happy to pay them for awesome service, reliable people & fantastic results first time! So friendly & trustworthy! I was dropped off at panelex by the RAC after a breakdown. This was years ago and I've used them ever since. This is the first garage where I feel I can trust their quotes / diagnosis. Value for money seems reasonable. They always call before doing any work and have been more than happy to explain what they're doing or why something needs fixing. As with any business that is good, they are usually busy.
