   Fantastic service...booked MOT on line late last night, when I called this morning to check all ok they said they could t fit in but eventually agreed. A few minor issues which they fixed ( originally said it would be Monday or Tuesday but they did it this afternoon in the end. I am so so grateful. Lovely people here and at Hinton Garage next door where the MOT was actually done. I would highly recommend both garages

   What can I say,after being let down by Servicing Stop the day before my car being picked up for a service and MOT,I went online and these guys came up with availability, unfortunately when I booked and confirmed,I got a call from them saying they were fully booked for the following day but then said,give me 5 minutes and I'll call you back,a couple of minutes later I got the call and was very happy,they squeezed me in for service and MOT,top blokes and very hospitable,was shown the waiting area and offered a coffee,in fact had 2,car failed on a minor so Lucas got on phone to suppliers who had what they needed for car,so whilst service was being done the part turned up,Lucas showed me the part replaced through deterioration, service done,part fitted,back through MOT,PASS,I can't thank or RECOMMEND these guys enough.Thank you Team Car Aid,have already recommended you to friends and family.

   Guys are doing stuff that others cannot. Always honest about the work. Video call if needed where they literally show you whats going on what is being done. They have diffirent suppliers so they always look for the best and cheapest possible options for their clients. Whole my family now trust them with our vehicles. Definitly reccommend!

   Stay away from this garage and Lukas Konicek! He tried to replace a part that wasn't broken. I took my car in for a MOT and he said I needed a part replacing otherwise it would fail. After having 2 other mechanics look at this they informed me there was no problem with the part in question. Also he passed the MOT before but failed to notify me!! Do not use this garage they are complete rip offs and dishonest. Stay clear for your own sake!

   Definitely the most professional approach. I spent in service most of my free time. The mechanics were convinced that everything was fine with the car. Or there were mechanics who were afraid to work on the steering racks. The MOT was passed without signs of errors. But driving that car meant suffering for me. Thanks to the recommendation, I decided to travel an hour to try to find someone professional again. It took 3 years. After a few minutes, Lukas and his team diagnosed the problem. The thrust piece from the electronic power steering rack has been replaced. Fast and very cheap. Lukas even called me to make sure that everything is fine and if I am happy. These guys definitely know what they doing!

   All are knowledgeable guys, got the right tools, but make sure you know what needs to be done otherwise "extra" work will be done for no reason.. The Czech guy is really nice to deal with so do recommend to speak to him only. The other polish guy very rude and very arrogant, not pleasant to even talk to him.
