   Quick, easy and great customer service! I went in following being advised that the sales manager had checked and had windscreen wipers available for my car in stock. We had tried Halfords and Kwik Fit and neither had them or could order and fit them. Josh served and fitted my wiper blades, he was polite, understanding and friendly something you don’t always get as a women going in to a car dealer. Big thanks to Rich and the team for helping l! Definitely recommend and use again in future!

   Always try to support local businesses. However, the price for parts is absolutely outrageous when you are a retail customer. Oil filter three times the price you can get elsewhere. I have rang them several times over the last few years and on everything from brakes to batteries it is just ridiculous and it’s not because it’s better quality than elsewhere . In my opinion they aren’t interested in the retail part of the business as they don’t even have a shop now. At the prices they charge I’d recommend going to the main dealerships for your parts or elsewhere.

   I only required 2 rear light bulbs. They were in stock at a price I was happy to pay. I could get them cheaper but you'd like to think there quality was better. Time will tell I guess... The lady who served me was courteous. So was a pleasant surprise as most are grumpy through boredom.
