   Been using them for many years and the service has been amazing. Just want to mention something novel, whenever I've taken my vehicle in for repairs or a service to this garage or to garages attached to main dealerships I have left £2 - £3 in coins in a visible location, John Dolbear is the only garage where not a penny has gone missing, in the other two main dealership garages all or part of the money has gone missing. I don't complain about the loss or even mention it, it's something I do out of curiosity.

   I booked in for an mot and service, the mot was carried out, no problem, I was advised that since my car had low mileage since my last service, a service would not be necessary, I thought this was very honest of them, they could have carried it out regardless, with me incurring unnecessary extra costs. Thank you very much

   Needed break pads done as were scraping and screeching. Rang Friday, booked for Saturday 9am. Done in an hour and at a really good price, almost half the price being quoted at some other garages. Will be using this place again for future service.
