   The van drives around Cardiff like an absolute idiot. Incredibly dangerous and callous driving. Accelerating at lights extremely dangerously. Speeding 45mph in 20 zones. Driving in the wrong lanes at speed to then merge very rudely and dangerously. There is no need to drive this way to save time. If they are driving around Cardiff like this, no doubt they have no care about customers either and treating them well. Avoid if you can.

   I have a very bad experience with them. I showed them a photo of my car battery and asked them for a new one. I showed the photo of old battery 2-3 times to get reconfirmed about the new battery. They did checked the new battery against the car registration number and they said everything fine and correct. Then I fixed the new battery I bought from them and it was fit well. But car didn’t start. After investigating they have sold me a battery with an incorrect EN. Before I buy it I asked several times about the EN, but they said no issue with it. They did not refund or change it. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. Please be careful if you buy stuff from this shop. They are cheaters.

   Car’s battery went dead near rush hour and was worried that my car will be stranded and possibly stolen over night. Thankfully, these guys were very nice and quick enough to get a new battery and replace my old one in under 20 minutes. Saves me so much trouble. These guys are amazing

   The female was a little abrupt on the phone, customer service could be improved there. However once I arrived, they were very friendly and helpful. Prices are easily 15%-20% better than Halfords or any other car parts store. 100% would recommend.

   I walked past with a broken trolley trying to buy a bolt and nut to fix my wheel. They gave me both parts for free and fixed the wheel up for me (I did offer money). They gained no money from this. They did it because they were decent people. So if that's how they treat a random passer by, then I suspect the customer service would be terrific.
