   I deal with this company on a daily basis, nothing is ever too much trouble, every staff member is very professional and welcoming. The phones are answered very promptly. Deliveries are great and punctual and collection of parts just require a simple phone call to the branch when outside.

   Bought a water pump off these, part failed within 3 months, to get replaced under warranty had to buy a new one and send old one off. After initially being told I would hear back in 7-10 days. I had to ring constantly for 6 weeks, was promised calls back which never happened! Then head office lost the part. Unbelievable service!! Finally for my refund after 8 weeks of constant chasing!!! Joke this company!!
