   Great service. I know people go on about Kwik Fit being cowboys but the lads at my branch here on north road in Cardiff are brilliant. Jay was very honest and clear about the issues I had and really helped me get sorted with new tyres, alignment and balancing. Will definitely visit again.

   I was so grateful to find Kwik Fit open on a Sunday. Jay was fabulous, he quickly assessed the problem, explained the process and cost. Within 10 minutes of arriving, Jay was repairing a leaky valve on the tyre. The waiting room was comfortable to sit in whilst the repair was done. Without this service, I would have been stuck in a city 90 mins from home. Thank you so much Kwik Fit and Jay!

   I had a great experience with KwikFit North Road. I have absolutely 0 knowledge of cars, and they (Jamie, more specifically), dealt with me absolutely amazing, explaining everything to me (and showing me), and even ended up decreasing the price, when he realised something different could be done… when he could have easily stuck to his original estimation, and I would have been none the wiser. Great lads, very professional and respectable. Will 100% be coming back!

   Needed a minibus tyre change after a puncture. Asked them to keep the wheel until they got a tyre (they didn't have 1 in stock or 1 that was obtainable) and put the spare on so our driver could pick up his school run in the afternoon (we transport disabled children). I asked them to please get this sorted and I would come down a pay when it was done. I did that and when the driver turned up to collect the tyre they refused to put that wheel back on the bus and return the spare to where it was kept. That for me was extremely poor service. The £126.00 for the tyre was a rip off when I normally pay £65 maximum for our bus tyre. People should avoid based on price alone that is crazy pricing.

   Kieron was really helpful today and sorted my tyre pressure monitoring problem very quickly and ensured the issue was rectified before I left the shop. Dan who took my original call yesterday was an absolute life saver calling me back to inform me my MOT was due, which their colleagues at Cowbridge Road were able to sort in short order. Thank you!
