“I was on my way to Somerset for my mother’s funeral. I got a low pressure warning so tried to take off the valve caps to check but could not remove the caps. Went to Halfords for help and Jay was able to spray it and remove the cap and inflate the tyre to correct psi. So grateful, took 5 minutes. He was so polite and I was able to make my way down the M4 and M5 knowing my tyre was good. Thank you Jay you saved my day.”

“I have recently received my Volkswagen Scirocco back from Sytner in Cardiff as a result of a hit and run accident that caused front end damage. It took just under a month for the car to be returned and it looks and feels better than brand new. The work consisted of both body panel restoration and major mechanical parts needing to be replaced and re coded into my vehicle. It was dealt with efficiently by Sytner and my car was returned with no hassle - halfway through the repair I was even offered an alternative hire car from BMW for ease of travelling. Would highly recommend the Repair Centre and the staff working there - they made the process less stressful and Jackie and Jess were always on hand to assist with any queries I had.”

“After a quick phone call the lady in the booking office was able to supply me with exactly the type of car I needed. It was a really nice Mondeo estate car with plenty of room for the friends I had to pick up and their large suitcases. Picking up the car quick and easy just had to supply my licence and a utility bill as proof of identity. The lady in the booking office and myself then checked the car over for any damage before the car was handed over to me. The whole transaction was done in less than 24 hrs. The prices are very reasonable and they work on a 24hr leasing system, this meant that I was able to pick up the car at 10am Thursday but didn't have to return it until 10am Saturday. Drop off was just as easy just had the car checked over and signed to say I had returned it in good condition. Excellent company to deal with!”

“My car broke down and had to take it to the nearest garage, the lady on reception gale was very helpful even though we hadn’t booked an didn’t have a appointment she still come to have a look at the car, an even offered to have a look at it by Monday which was in a few days time, we were very grateful for her help, and due to something being a minor fault on the car they dealt with it very quickly an we had the car back within a hour, would definitely go here in the future if needed! appreciated your guys help!
