   The customer service I received was appalling,for a company " you can trust and rely on".This is sadly very untrue. Tim serving behind the counter was extremely rude, unhelpful,patronising with such an awful attitude. Tim's main focus was deflecting from the truth,so PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS,I can't stress this enough,and therefore so very manipulative skewing the truth in his reply. A highly unpleasant man, and very unprofessional. There is no apology or accountability whatsoever. I am clearly not alone here,please check! I wish to thank the fitters however,especially Bob for providing an excellent customer service.I am very appreciative for the time,patience, understanding and advice given.

   I’m extremely pleased with the service I received from Uplands Car Radios! The team quickly diagnosed the issue with the radio in my son’s Hyundai i10 and went above and beyond to help resolve it. What initially felt like an impossible problem to solve was handled with persistence, professionalism, and genuine care. Thanks to their excellent service, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and fairly priced. Communication was clear throughout and it's evident they take real pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable auto electronics repair!

   Took my Kia sportage to uplands s car radios recently to have a immobiliser, dash cams and tvs fitted and couldn’t have asked for better service from Tim and the guys always happy to answer any question. They even fitted my aftermarket wind deflectors for a very small extra charge highly recommend the guys at uplands car radios
