Managed to book an appointment for a service and MOT very quickly online. I dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready within a few hours. Despite having to get a tyre and brakes changed they were done at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
I never normally write reviews, but I have to give a big shout out to the whole team at Grease Monkeys Cardiff. They recently did some pretty major work on my car, with oil cooler gaskets, oil sump reseal, steering rack replacement, gearbox service, and the MOT, and honestly, the car’s driving better than ever. I’ve had bad experiences with other garages in the past, but I genuinely don’t have a single complaint this time. The customer service was absolutely five stars from start to finish, and I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.
I had a great experience at Grease Monkeys for my car service. They offer fair and honest pricing, completed the job quickly, and Ella was super friendly and helpful. I also requested a quote for brake pad and disc replacement, and their price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely be returning to them for any future work on my car. 5/5 stars!

Grease Monkeys is my new regular trusty garage. I recently had an issue with ny car starting. After getting fed up of trying to bump start my car each time, so I decided to try and find a trusty garage. Using a new garage can be a bit worrying, but Ella and the Grease Monkey mechanics will help ease any stresses. My car was diagnosed in just an hour and Ella was on the phone to give me options. Ella had all ready done the research to make sure I had multiple options to choose from and made sure i was happy along the way. Customer care is clearly taken seriously here. I hope my car doesn't break down again... but if it does, I know there is a team I can rely on to take care of things. Thanks Grease Monkeys team.
They have great customer service when I had my MOT. Ella quickly noticed an advisory with the car for and sorted it with a good price. Will be going back as their mechanics are experienced with BMWs
Excellent service customer service is great friendly staff always willing to help whatever the problem, very reasonably priced the work carried out always been 100%. I've been using this garage 5-6 years i will not go to another garage if this business closed I'd buy a bike. Thanks for all the work guys.
