   5* service. Super friendly and helpful. I’m not local to the area, but after having some issues which would have prevented my 4 hour journey home, I rolled into this garage without booking and was incredibly well looked after. They patched up my vehicle and reassured me that I’d make it home. Genuinely felt like they cared and gave me advice for the journey.    Very friendly receptionist and kind enough to lend me a courtesy car for some time, however over the span of 6 months, 5 visits and close to 3000 pounds spent on my car they have been unable to fix it. Extremely lacklustre service and feels like they don’t have a clue what they are doing, will be going elsewhere from now on and advise anyone else to do the same.

   The first time I visited Ultimate Garage Services was for a repair. Back then, I was looking for a new garage and I found them on Google. They were very helpful and they charged me at a reasonable price. For this reason, I decided to come back to them for all my MOTs and repairs, even though there are other garages closer to where I live. A great customer service is more important to me than distance and the staff are very friendly!

   My kind of garage - quick, practical and helpful. Had a grinding / squealing noise coming from the front wheel. Called UGS: “Can I bring the car in right now for you to look at?” Answer was yes, and a fragment of metal jammed in the calliper was quickly found and removed. Car fixed in an hour, with only an hour’s service charge and friendly staff manning the phones and reception.
