   Excellent service. My car passed its MOT with a minor advisory to have a couple of chips in the windscreen fixed as soon as possible, so I emailed to see if fixing it would be covered by the insurance, and if so was the excess less than the cost of arranging repairs myself. I got a telephone call back from James within a few minutes of pressing send to tell me it was cheaper to pay the small excess, and while I was still on the phone he even arranged for the repairs to be done. I just wish I could give more than 5 stars.

You actually deal with a real person which means they seem to have a better understanding of your insurance requirements. They take care that all my sums insured are updated correctly each year. Whilst no-one can provide the cheapest quote all the time, they always provide value and let me know if another company has a policy that is cheaper.
