   I needed to MOT my car last minute and I contacted BETS and were able to get me booked in within a day to accommodate me ! They looked at my car first thing and contacted me before 10am to collect my car after completing the MOT and any repairs that needed doing ( fortunately for me only a new bulb) , the manager was very friendly and made a point to come and talk to me and reassure me I was in safe hands. The staff were friendly and professional and I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. Thankyou BETS !

They carried out a full service on my car, completed the necessary repairs, and fitted new tyres — all at a fair price. They took the time to explain what needed doing and why, without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. The car now drives perfectly and feels brand new again. It’s rare to find a garage you can fully trust, but this one definitely delivers on quality, honesty, and customer care.

   Phoned up yesterday looking for an MOT on my sisters car, Tim managed to fit me in within the hour and rectified the two MOT failures on the day. Which was a massive relief to my sister. They really do know how to look after the customer nothing was too much trouble. Great garage with great people! My sister will definitely be back as its 5 minuets down the road and I think I may have found myself a new garage be worth the 45 minute drive to deal with honest helpful people.

   Recently had an issue with my Jaguar E pace. Engine management light kept coming on. Having taken it to other garages was told I could end up paying thousands and the car was renowned for faults. Took it to the guys in BETS and from start to finish they have been superb!! Diagnosed the issue and renewed seals on EGR. Great friendly service with a garage that actually cares about their customer. Highly recommended and will not be going anywhere else in future.

   Highly recommended. A garage I feel very comfortable with. I changed from the Toyota main dealers once the warranty ran out about 5 years ago as I was unsatisfied with them. You get good honest advice about any problems or potential problems. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my services and MOTs now..

   Booked only a service. Phone call trying to pay get me to pay for extra things. Stated I do not need these. Tried to sell me two rear tyres and saying they are low on treat. I checked theses before going in and when home checked again and discovered the lowest threat on the trye was 3.8 mils! Trying to con me for tyres I don't need. They changed a battery on my key which wasn't needed, i asked if this free, they said no and took it out! If they asked I could have stopped them a lot of trouble. If you go there make sure you check and say no otherwise you will be conned into items you don't need
