Needed Adblue topped up and they did it straight away without hesitation. Very different from the experience I had with another local garage off Penarth Road. Highly recommend and will be back.
I was advised to go to J & P Autos for electrical work. I'm so glad I did cos they are absolutely amazing. I can't fault them at all and I would highly recommend them to everyone. They made my wife feel so at ease
My car had failed miserably on its MOT and I was advised to go to J&Ps Autos as they were specialists in some areas, these guys had priced me up everything needed to pass which was considerably cheaper then the previous garage, and was able to do everything needed to pass. I left my car with them and was called the next day saying it was ready, I was amazed by how fast they worked on my car amd was greatful for their fair prices. Will absolutely be returning to these guys in future.
Great garage. Called them and a tow truck was with us in 10 minutes. They waived the diagnostic fee and our car was fixed and back in action within 3 hours. The wheel.had basically fallen off! Very fair pricing.
Best all round mechanic you will go to. allways available for emergancies, and will go above and beyond for everybody. I witnessed a situation that i need to put here to show how he takes care of customers. A guy with 2 kids came into the front just as Alex had locked up it was 6.30ish on a friday. The guy was travelling across country with his kids but his boot door was stuck and he was panicked as he had been turned away from 2 other garages as they were closing. Alex agreed to take a look 15 mins later he solved to problem that was a luggage handle was caught and the guy offered Alex £50 but he reffused any payment. if you want to best service without the fear of being ripped off at all J&P autos is the only place to go. i also recommend everyone to him and everyone i recommend is allways a returning customer.

I am writing this review on behalf of my Ukrainian guest. She was massively impressed by the professionalism of and service provided by J and P Autos. In addition to the initial work, they undertook an important chassis evaluation on their own initiative and free of charge. She was very grateful to them for this, as the car had travelled a very long distance over from Ukraine. They did everything quickly and the work was of a very high quality. She recommends them to everyone!
