   Fabulous service. I recently purchased a car with a warranty in place. Unfortunately not long after purchase the car’s engine management light came on. I had to shop around to find someone who would work with the warranty provider and found 1st Stop. They agreed to look at the car so I dropped it down to Mark. He made the process very straight forward. He handled his side with the warranty provider and had me back on the road within a day. Fabulous service I would definitely recommend them.

   What a service! From start to finish, the work I wanted done was delivered with excellence and in professional manner. Respectful & honest and just top guys all around. Also maintained clear lines of communication with me. In addition to the excellent service provided, I dropped a fiver without realising, and it was brought to my attention immediately. At this garage, you get what you paid for. Don’t get fooled by garages offering discounted prices on MOT & servicing because they will try to get you on the repairs. I certainly recommend this garage and I will be doing the same to my friends or anyone that asks me.

I dropped off my car and met his team who were really nice! They serviced my car and did the MOT at a really good price.    I needed a MOT that I could sit and wait for before the weekend instead of dropping the car off and leaving it all day After ringing over 20 garages for a MOT and them all saying they don’t offer a waiting service. I called here on Thursday and he got me in 9am on Friday morning, I was out of the garage by 9:35 and on my way to work. I really appreciate how quickly he got me in and got me sorted. As a female I alway get nervous going to new garages but he was brilliant and no messing around.

   After being let down by Halfords on the final remaining day of mot, I rang this company and they got me in the same day! And it was a weekend! The staff member I spoke with was friendly and polite. I would have given 5 stars but they don't seem to give a physical mot certificate at the end. This may be due to it all being digital nowadays. Nonetheless I am grateful they squeezed me in.

   Great service from these guys. I had new pads and Disks fitted, by far the most cost effective option (by 30%) and were able to fit me in next day! Very responsive to text and professional to deal with. Will be visiting these again when my MOT/ any other issues arise. Well Done!
