I arrived and the first thing I noticed was they didn't use a drill which I love because I can change a tyre but owing to other garages using drills wouldn't be able to take the wheel off. They answered any questions I had in a way I could understand and took the time to answer. They checked my other tyres and the price was great. They also cleaned the area before putting the wheel back on, I will definitely be going back. It was nice to actually feel that I was a valuabled customer like in times gone by.”

Just want to mention something novel, whenever I've taken my vehicle in for repairs or a service to this garage or to garages attached to main dealerships I have left £2 - £3 in coins in a visible location, John Dolbear is the only garage where not a penny has gone missing, in the other two main dealership garages all or part of the money has gone missing. I don't complain about the loss or even mention it, it's something I do out of curiosity.”

They showed the broken parts afterwards to show it was beyond repair. Price was fair and speed of service was great.”
