   Extremely poor service and unprofessional conduct I booked my car repair through the RAC warranty, and the garage kept my vehicle for seven days without providing any clear updates. When I went to collect the car, I was met with hostility and unprofessional behaviour. If there are internal issues between the garage and RAC, those should be addressed directly with RAC — not taken out on customers who have no control over the process. Rather than shouting, the staff should have calmly explained the available options, such as paying upfront and claiming the cost back from RAC. The overall experience was unpleasant, and I felt disrespected as a customer. The customer service was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this garage to anyone.

   I popped in here as my brakes had suddenly started making a loud grinding/squealing noise whilst i was visiting some of my customers. The lad at the desk asked me to wait in the waiting room and within 15 mins they had my car up on a ramp and had already diagnosed the issue.. a couple of large chippings had lodged themselves behind the brake disk and heat shield!! They promptly removed them and told me my car was ready. I went to pay but they assured me it was fine and they didn't want a penny. Excellent service from the Cardiff branch and i will definitely pop in here again when any work is needed. Highly recommend

   Highly recommend this place whenever I can. I’ve been using them for many years for MOT/servicing/ tyres and repair work. Always had excellent communication, pricing and results. Recently Matt really went above and beyond to diagnose and fix a problem with my old car (not worth anything, but kept for sentimental reasons). His dedication and hard work was greatly appreciated. In my experience the whole team are unfailingly knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. A pleasure to do business with.

   Excellent service! I was apprehensive about trying a new garage as you just never know and in the past, being a women, some garages can be intimidating and condescending. I was very impressed with the service at In and Out. A 2 hour slot for MOT and full service. They provided a video (link via text) showing my brakes and talking me through the basics. They suggested a change of brake fluid, provided a quote which I was able to authorise on the link provided. A courtesy text to tell me the car was ready (in less than 2 hours) was a great touch. I can honestly say the whole process was so simple and hassle free. I will definitely be returning in the future!

This week I had to book a last minute appointment to get my electric window fixed, they went out of their way to help. Both the mechanic and the guy in the reception desk were great.
