   I had a slow engine oil burn. No leak or fumes. My mechanic could not identify the fault. Reluctantly booked my car at Mercedes diagnostics as I know their fees are extortionate. They concluded I had a blocked dpf and possible turbo issue. Advised me not to bother repairing as it was economically not viable. Quoted me 3k! Just for dpf replace. After identifying fault I reached out to Dave at carbon cleaning cardiff. He told me symptoms related to dpf block and advised to get the dpf on car clean. I told him I was desperate to get it done asap as it was my work car. He did his utmost to come promptly even though he was fully booked. Dave was very professional and knowledgable in this field. Since the carbon clean my car has stopped burning oil. He also had manufacturer software. Wish I had known before as I would have saved myself some money. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone with dpf issues. Also I would like to add Dave is a genuine top bloke.

   If you want an honest job done to a very good standard and not pay the earth for it, then this is the guy to see. My car is far from new but reliable and thanks to this gentleman is also able to pass it's emissions test. David has the knowledge on this tech as have used his service in the past. If you have an emissions fault he is definately the guy to see.
