It took just under a month for the car to be returned and it looks and feels better than brand new. The work consisted of both body panel restoration and major mechanical parts needing to be replaced and re coded into my vehicle. It was dealt with efficiently by Sytner and my car was returned with no hassle - halfway through the repair I was even offered an alternative hire car from BMW for ease of travelling. Would highly recommend the Repair Centre and the staff working there - they made the process less stressful and Jackie and Jess were always on hand to assist with any queries I had.”

“We were abroad on our honeymoon when we were told our boiler had broken down and was deemed irreparable. It was freezing back in the UK and we wanted it resolved before we arrived home but after contacting several other companies it felt like a hopeless task. We contacted Let's Heat LTD and spoke to Mo who straight away made things easy. He re-contacted us on WatsApp to discuss and arranged to call a family member to meet him at our property that day so that he could inspect the system in order to provide an accurate and very reasonable quote. He guaranteed installation within 72 hours before we arrived home, all without a deposit or a single penny paid before the work was carried out. He was left at our house un-supervised for much of the day, the work was carried out to a high standard, installing the new boiler, replacing the FLUE, flushing the system, discarding the old boiler, reconnecting the system to our HIVE thermostat and registering the new boiler with the manufacturer. The house was left clean and tidy and he had even set the system up so the house and water would be heated for our return.
