Ian worked with me on requirements and built a PC within my budget range and what would work best to how I planned to use the PC. The communication throughout this process was excellent, pricing was very good and the computer was delivered to me directly free of charge which helped massively. For anyone wanting a custom PC build, I highly recommend this business.

He collected the console, fitted a new HDMI port quickly, and personally returned it in full working order, honestly performing even better than before!    Quality service with a quick turnaround on work (less than 24 hours from drop off). I had an issue where the console wouldn't accept discs and read them with my PS5. Ian was able to identify the issue even before looking at the console. He kept me updated throughout and asked for permission before proceeding with work and managed to fix the console within 24 hours. Fairly flexible hours for pick up and drop off which was ideal with where I traveled from. Thoroughly recommend this business.

   Very impressed with Ian's service here. Nintendo Switch was constantly overheating. Ian essentially diagnosed the problem over email. Very open about pricing (which was very reasonable). Drop off and pick up was smooth and he didn't give me a hard time when I was a bit late (sorry!). The switch was repaired within about an hour and back in working order when I was able to pick it up later that week. Wife is happy back on Mario Kart- thank you!

   Ian is professional and great value for money. I rejuvenated my iPhone 7 with a battery replacement. I was impressed by Adept PC Repairs guarantee of over 85% battery health for 1 year. It means I can now go the day without needing to recharge. Shortly after I smashed my screen and as with the battery replacement Ian was communicative, honest and flexible. Would recommend to anyone for phone/ gaming repairs.

   My husband found Adept on google after Playstation wanted £240 to fix my son’s PS5, the console was overheating and randomly turning off which was driving him mad (and us!) we contacted Adept who got back to us in a reasonable time and we arranged for me to drop it off, within 1 hour of handing it over it was fixed and at an amazing price. Such a great company that we would use again and highly recommend! Thank you!

   Ian took a look at our son's Nintendo Switch which was failing to read some games. The service Ian provided was fantastic, he went out of his way to assist and resolve the problem which was eventually found to be the games and not the console. The service was very quick, economical, communication was great, and Ian was highly knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Adept PC Repair enough; I will certainly be using them in the future when required.
