   Outstanding windscreen replacement service!! At the start of the week, I got in touch with Cardiff Auto Screens addressing the severity of my windscreen. They displayed quick and clear communication throughout. Here, pictures of my windscreen were sent over for an evaluation and options were made available to me. They were transparent about pricing, with no hidden fees which lead me to go ahead with the replacement. Only a few days later, I got my windscreen replaced. The staff were friendly and professional and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them for anyone needing auto glass services in Cardiff. Thank you so much!!

   Used Cardiff-Autoscreens to fix a cracked side window. The job was completed reasonably quickly and seems to have been done well, but when I was assured the glass they'd left from changing the window would be cleaned up, this didn't happen. I then had to phone them back up to come and clear up properly, lending them a broom as they'd only come prepared with a dustpan and brush, and there was still lots of glass left on the pavement and road. I had to go out myself and clear it up so children/dogs wouldn't cut themselves. The photo below shows how much glass was left after the second clean up attempt. On top of this, they were more expensive than competitors, which given I had to ensure the job was properly cleaned up, does not seem worth it. Would strongly recommend rethinking if planning on using. A shame, because as I say the job was done quickly and the communication prior to the job being done was spot on.

   Very happy with the service I received. Someone broke into my car early hours of the morning, I called Cardiff auto screens at 9am and the window had to be ordered. They were happy to look after my car overnight and I had a call at 10am the following morning that it was all fitted. 100% recommend this company
