   Was recommended by a friend for waxing and I had such a welcoming friendly experience. Went for my first ever wax and I couldn’t have been made to feel more comfortable! Caryl made me feel super at ease and was really easy/lovely to chat to during the waxing process. I was well informed at every step and communication was brilliant, booking the appointment and during! Will be returning for sure! 10/10

   I’ve been coming here for both laser hair removal and semi-permanent makeup removal, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Caz is incredibly professional, friendly, and always makes me feel comfortable during every session.

   I had to pay £20 consultation fee to find out that laser hair removal treatment removes only black hair and does not work with lighter shades. I tried contacting the clinic twice regarding facial hair removal, but both times my calls went to voicemail and were returned only after a long delay. Communication was minimal — one text reply informed me they couldn’t call and briefly answered one question. I decided to book a £20 consultation, which lasted about five minutes, only to be told that laser treatment works only on dark hair (information that could have easily been included in their website or shared over the phone). When I asked if the fee could be reduced to £10 given the very short and uninformative session, Caryl stated it was my choice not to proceed with the treatment. Apparently £20 fee goes toward the first treatment. This too isn't included on the website. Overall, the lack of communication felt intentional, as though designed to secure the £20 consultation fee regardless of suitability. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust or recommend this company.
