“All the sessions I've had with Gareth at Alchemy Hypnotherapy (previously The Penarth Practice) have been worth every moment of my time. Gareth is a truly magical wizard with his holistic approach and in depth knowledge and understanding of the mind, body and soul. I've had other counselling in the distant past with group led classes on the NHS but found I didn't get along well and I ended up leaving because it wasn't working for me. Very disheartening when waiting lists were so long too. Back to the now and I had no issues with getting an appointment after an initial enquiry via the contact page of their website. Although I was very nervous with the idea of a long distance one to one video call online as I'm very shy but I quickly discovered there was no reason to be as Gareth is very easy going and conversations flow and before I realise another appointment is over.
