   We had a very helpful assessment and consultation with Tom the specialist respiratory physio for my daughter who is recovering from pneumonia. His advice and specialist knowledge was really helpful. I would highly recommend Tom and Penarth Physio.

   Disgruntled mum! Ive been attending the mum and baby Pilates class since my baby was only 6 weeks old ( she's now 20weeks) and have loved it, till now :( Unfortunately having been a repeat customer the owner is being greedy, it's left me pretty annoyed. For the class you book a block, like many other mum and baby classes, however I have sufficient notice that I was unable to attend one class (10days), therefore since they don't offer alternatives such as recording or another class, I paid for the remaining block that I could attend (£60). I got a email 8pm at night from the owner being extremely passive aggressive asking for the additional £10 and how block bookings work. I paid the £10 but then proceeding to get further emails from the owner on how bookings work. I also got asked in class to pay the £10. I am currently on mat leave and attend 4/5 other classes that provide alot more flexibility, including alternatives, recordings or even offer last minute cancellation. Business that understand the challenges of being a new mum and have kids. I wouldn't have written this review until I now hear that the owner has offered other clients favourable options including pay as you go, pay for classes they wish to attend, this is not to new customers as stated to me by the owner. I even hear this has happened to a friend of mine. It's a shame as I would highly recommend the instructor, Ellie. But for £10 a class and no flexibility it's not suitable for mums. There are plenty of other mummy fitness groups that provide the flexibility you need that won't hurt the purse, especially when every penny counts on mat pay.

   Highly recommend! I worked with Amy for a couple of months regarding recurring lower back pain. Amy started me on some pilates exercises, modifying the plan at each visit as my strength and flexibility improved. I was able to get back into running and strength training after a few sessions. I no longer have any back pain, it's been months since my last issue.

Dyfri Owen has gone above and beyond to support me during my recovery from a badly fractured ankle. The amount of knowledge and experience he has shown is second to none. I fully recommend this practice.
